Basement Update, Seattle

This project already had a renovated basement but was extremely dated. Now with covid upon us all, the client had a wonderful idea to create an apartment space below their home and rent it out to create an additional income with their existing space. This was no small task, to say the least. After removing all the wood paneling we began to update the space with build a floor plan, new modern recess LED lighting throughout, install new soundproofing insulation to ceilings, a new bathroom configuration, new custom cabinets throughout, relocate the water heater, add new plumbing in Garage. This is a wonderful newly created space for our clients and has doubled their equity for their home.
